ACTRESS VICTORIA ROWELL MAKES BOOK TOUR STOP IN DAYTON

(Dayton) Victoria Rowell, Emmy-nominated actress and winner of 11 NAACP
Image Awards, will speak in Dayton on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 7:00
p.m. at The Dayton Cultural and RTA Transit Center, 40 S. Edwin C. Moses
Blvd. Her visit is part of a national book tour for her newly released
book, The Women Who Raised Me.

Rowell, a veteran of more than a dozen feature films and several
television series, including Diagnosis Murder, has starred for the past
thirteen years as the seductive „Drucilla Winters‰ on the #1 CBS daytime
drama The Young and the Restless.

„An Evening with Victoria Rowell" is the first of a series of literary
events presented by MochaReaders, a national literary organization with a
mission to promote literacy in the African-American community. „We know
Victoria the actress, but I am pleased that we will get to know Victoria
the philanthropist," says Rhonda Bogan, Founder/Editor of MochaReaders.

The cost to attend "An Evening with Victoria Rowell" is $25 general, $45
VIP. VIP includes a reception with hors d‚oeuvres and photo with Ms.
Rowell. All tickets include an autographed copy of her book The Women Who
Raised Me.

About the book: The Women Who Raised Me (William Morrow, ISBN
978-0-06-124659-3, April 2007, $25.95 Hardcover). Born as a ward of the
state of Maine, Victoria spent her entire childhood in foster care, but
she beat the odds. Her experience was nothing short of miraculous; thanks
to several extraordinary women who stepped forward to love, nurture,
guide, teach and challenge her to become the accomplished actress,
philanthropist and mother she is today. The Women Who Raised Me is her
story as well as theirs.

Event sponsors are The JamesPR Group, Ltd., WRCX-TV40, Bob Ross Motors,
Monique Shoes and M & R Construction. For more information, contact
