Subject: Grad Student Orientation
Date: Mon, 20 Aug 2001 08:47:14 -0400 (EDT)

Hi Anita,

Thank you so much for inviting me to speak at the GSCA Orientation and
Retreat on behalf of the University Libraries. I am truly sorry I was
unable to stay around and meet the students on an individual basis but I
certainly hope they will visit me in King.

Will you please send out a reminder message to the association about the
Graduate Student Orientation to be held in King Library on Thursday,
August 23rd from 7:00-9:00 p.m. If they cannot attend for the entire
orientation, they are welcome to attend for any length of time they have
available.

We will be giving away tote bags and other small items to each attendee,
as well as having refreshments and a tour of King.

I believe this will be a very worthwhile experience for ALL
graduate students and strongly encourage them to attend.

Thanks for any assistance you can give us.

Pat Bullock
