To decide to live at the level of choice is to take responsibility
and be in control of your life. Arbie M. Dale

Be prepared, curious and vigilant! Yolanda R. Brown

Be the change you wish to see in the world. Mahatma Gandhi

Vision looks upward and becomes faith. Author unknown

The FORM FROM FIRE: Glass Sculpture Exhibition at the Dayton Art Institute
has been extended until December 9, 2001. I highly recommend the exhibition
and the Dayton Art Institute. The exhibition is one of the most beautiful,
awe inspiring art exhibitions you will see this year, and if you are
stressed out about the looming war, anthrax or grading students papers this
show will reaffirm for your faith in humanity and re-awaken your sense of
creativity. Around every corner of the exhibit there is a beautifully
rendered work in glass to take your breath away. So, that's my
endorsement...get a slice of pizza at Flying Pizza on Main Street (between
First and Monument) to round out the trip.

Yolanda

P.S.

Let me know if my critique of the show was on point. YRB
