Hey guys,

  What's going on? How's everybody doing? Practice seems to be going well and Diwali is well on its way. So get excited! I had a few matters of business to discuss with you guys.

1. We all received an email from the Indian graduate students who are hosting an India night tomorrow. I feel that we should attend it. Especially considering that in the past relationships with the graduate students have been strained. There is a small community of Indians here and we should stick together. So let me know if your coming. Here are the details as they outlined.

When  : October 5th 2007 Friday Evening at about 5:30 PM
Where : WRA Cabin, I can say a lot to confuse you to how to get there, Instead please download the attached map, It will make your life EASY.
Expected from you : YOUR PRESENCE and If Possible anything you could make or get for the dinner- AVOID ALCOHOLIC DRINKS PLEASE

2. We are finalizing our costume arrangements THIS WEEKEND. Therefore those of you who are choreographing NEED TO SEND ME A FINAL LIST of all the participating members by TOMORROW. It takes 5 minutes to type it up and send. If we don't have a list from EVERY dance by tomorrow then you risk not getting costumes to wear for Diwali. If you could relay this message to all the choreographers I would really appreciate it. Thanks .

3. Keep up the good work! Please make sure that EVERYONE attends practice. If they have a reason, and can't come then it is the Choreographers responsibility to meet after classes and make sure they can dance. WE only have 30 DAYS left to the performance so push it into full gear. I know we'll make this the best Diwali ever!
