Dear JRN students,
     	For those of you who are ready to apply formally as a JRN 
major, the admissions test this term will be given Saturday, Oct. 21, 
at 11 a.m. in BAC 346.   I've also attached a new admit-to-major 
form.  These forms are also available outside the new JRN offices in 
BAC 260.  PLEASE DO NOT sign up for the test if you have not 
COMPLETED JRN 101 and COM 143 and 18 Miami plan hours.
	If you have already taken the test but have not yet been admitted 
(for other reasons), please fill out the new form and submit a new DARS.
