The Miami chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) is
recruiting members for the 2005-06 school year.
HOW TO APPLY:
-Online at www.spj.org (Click on 'Join SPJ' in the top right corner. Make
sure to add your $5 chapter membership fee!)
-Pick up an application from the SPJ board across from the English office
in Bachelor Hall.
-Attend the first SPJ program (Interns on Interning) TOMORROW. 5-6:30 p.m.
Bachelor Hall 102.
At the program, Journalism and Mass Comm majors are invited to learn how
to land and make the most of summer internships from students who spent
their summers in print, broadcast and radio journalism.
All are welcome. Refreshments provided. Applications available. No RSVPs
needed.
