Relations – Communications – Media Relations – Event Management

·        Learn firsthand how to manage and 
operate the pressroom for a professional sporting event


WHEN        Dates:            April 23, 2007 – 
Jun 8, 2007 (six week commitment)*

                   Hours:            Pre Tournament (April 23 – May 27)

·        15 to 30 hours per week from April 23 – May 18*

·        40 hours the week prior to the Tournament (May 21 – 27)


                                        Tournament Week (May 28 – June 3)

·        Daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm (evening 
hours may vary depending on news coverage and pace of tournament play



                                        Post Tournament (June 4 – 9)

·        20 to 30 hours
