WMUB Public Radio invites students to a Talk Radio Master
Class with Kojo Nnamdi, the host of Public Interest on National Public
Radio. This special event will take place this Friday, September 10th,
starting at 10 a.m.

Nnamdi will be on campus this Friday to host the live national broadcast of
Public Interest from the Center for Performing Arts at 1 p.m. The topic for
that broadcast is "A Community Forum on Speech Codes on Campus." This event
is open to the general public and has received extensive publicity.

The Master Class will be for students and faculty in the College. Kojo will
observe our live talk/call-in program, WMUB Forum, which will be hosted by
a student. Following the broadcast he will critique the program for the
benefit of the WMUB news students and others in attendance.

This is a chance to meet and learn from an energetic, involved, committed
interviewer and host with a long record of achievement in broadcasting.

This special edition of WMUB Forum: Reflecting on the Beat Generation will
be hosted by WMUB student Steve McFarland '01, in the Large Studio of
Williams Hall 1st Floor from 9-10 a.m. Friday. The Master Class with Kojo
Nnamdi will begin immediately afterward, at 10 a.m.

Students and faculty welcome!
