If you were an outstanding student in ENG 218: Editing, please
consider volunteering to be an Undergraduate Associate in one section
of the editing class this fall.

This editing class will be taught by Lisa Warren, editor of the
Journal News in Hamilton.  It would be a great chance to work closely
with the chief news executive of a mid-size daily operated by the Cox
company, a major media group.

Lisa's editing class will meet at 8:00 - 9:15 am on TR.  The student
who serves as her UA will assist with many aspects of the class,
including group work, computer assistance, lab work and assignments,
etc.  The Undergraduate Associateship provides the student with a
unique perspective of college teaching, and confers 1 hour of credit
.  Working with Lisa could develop into a good professional
credential as well.
