Instructions follow. Please note that you need to send the UNSUBSCRIBE
message from the e-mail address this IS subscribed!
To leave a list other than JOURMAJR, make the appropriate substitution in
list name.

To leave the LISTSERV list using e-mail:

	1. 	Open your e-mail application and create a new message. Make sure the
“From:” address reflects the e-mail address with which you are subscribed
to the list.

	2. 	In the “To:” field, type: [log in to unmask]

	3. 	In the main message body, type:

unsubscribe JOURMAJR

Note: No additional information is needed in this command, LISTSERV
determines your name and email address from your message.

	4. 	Send the message.

You will receive a message from the LISTSERV message confirming your
removal or notifying you if there was a problem processing your request.
