hey!
    i was just added to this list, and from the messages i have gotten this
evening i understand it is fairly new.  i'm kind of a wannabe in the field of
journalism - i'm a com major.  i am on the student staff though, and i was
wondering if there were any other staff members out there?
    in repsonse to mike mcneese, as what sort of writing i am interested in, i
really love writing features but am also very much interested in national
politics.  i'm looking forward to going to philadelphia next summer!
    anyway, i promise i won't make a habit of flooding your mailbox....but i
just thought i'd introduce myself!
