A reminder to circle March 8 on your calendar and enter your best writing --
journalism or otherwise -- in the annual English Department awards program.

A clarification for some students who asked: The Greer-Hepburn Awards are
open to CURRENT seniors and the Montaines to CURRENT juniors. This is a
change from prior years, to allow students with more writing experience to
enter. The winners receive awards as payment to their Bursar accounts.
Seniors who graduate in May will be issued a check from the Bursar's office
that reflects any excess amount.

Patti
