If you are excited to hear Dan Patrick speak on Feb. 11, you might want to
make time to hear John U. Bacon speak on Feb. 7. John is an accomplished
sports journalist, whose coverage and commentary has appeared in national
newspapers and magazines, on TV, on radio and in five books. John is
teaching two courses at Miami this spring and presenting "Why Sports Matter"
next Thursday, Feb. 7, at 7 p.m. in 100 Art Building.
