        A reminder that the Miami Chapter of the Society of Professional
Journalists will hold its election of officers Monday night, April 12 at 6
p.m. in the Bachelor Reading Room. Executive meeting is at 5:30 p.m. and is
open to all.
        Following the elections there will be a brief recap of the SPJ
regional meeting held Friday and Saturday in Cincinnati. Of particular
interest will be a discussion about writing for the web, as viewed by two
20-somethings who have been making a living off the web for the last four
years.
        You might be surprised to hear what they think of Internet publishing.
        I hope to see all of you there.
