Please remember to come to class with a rough draft of the flyer your group is working on and we can work on them from there. Our meeting will be Tuesday at 6:30 in 0014 FSB. An agenda will be sent out later this afternoon or tomorrow.

Hi all,

I met with my bosses today and they are very set on having something set up for Family Weekend (Oct. 3rd).  With that being said, the other intern and I have chosen to take over the Powerpoint and Presentation because I know that you all felt a little overwhelmed following the meeting.  So what we still need from you is a small handout/flyer to pass out at something such as a tailgate containing:

-Redfeather (Big, Bold)

-What Redfeather is...
Miami Themed Lifestyle that is…
A “branded” relationship with the university that links residents to campus and provides faculty-like access to the university.
Located minutes from Miami University and Uptown Oxford.
Age 55+ active adults, seeking a vibrant, safe, and intellectually stimulating environment.

-List of Amentites (not all be included but ones you feel will attract attention)
(i.e. Domiciles configured in “neighborhoods” , Family Homes at Attractive Pricing. Gated, Grand Custom Homes, Georgian Architecture, Salon/Spa, Post Office, Clubhouse, Tennis, Swimming Pool, Health Center, Water features, Wildlife sanctuary/trails, Walking/biking/cart paths)

-List of House Sizes and Prices (See Parents Council Survey I already sent out it has it all)

Obviously this needs to be minimized and the important things need to be emphasized.  Liz and I are more than happy to help out whenver you need it but neither one of us has much experience making flyers.

If this project is something that your group still really wants to commit to we really need to get things going.  I understand that this is rushed and probably a bit much with school, exams, finding a job, etc. but they really want to see some results before Family Weekend. Please let me know if you think that this something that you can still do.
