Tonight at the meeting we continued our conversation about the factors. For those that sent me something, thank you. We started defining the 5- 7 main topics in the meeting. Main topics being further researched by a couple members are: management, leadership, adaptability, communication, and technology.

Attached is a test tool, that our final project should look like. Use it as a reference to see if your factor works, seeing if it is too broad or too narrow. We want our structure and the test tool's to resemble each other, but we want to come up with our own factors from our research.

 Also attached is all the research put together.
