I am pleased to be one of the "90+."

As you can see from my sig., I am Director of Miami University's
Center for Management Development in the Richard T. Farmer School of
Business Administration, Oxford, Ohio.

Prior positions include: Director of Executive Programs, Boston
University's School of Management; Assoc. Director of the Center for
Management Development, Northeastern University's College of Business
Administration; and Tech. Sales Rep. for Union Carbide.

Education: B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Poly.
Inst. & M.B.A. from Northeastern U.

I've had experience with publicly-offered programs (1 week to 6
weeks) at all three universities, adventure learning (B.U.) and
custom-designed programs (all 3 universities). At Miami we are
primarily involved with contract (custom-designed), residential
programs of 1 to 2 weeks, drawing mostly from North America, but also
from Australia, the U.K., Saudi Arabia, etc.

Our most exciting work has occurred in the last two years -- and we're
encouraging all to adapt/copy it to their situations. Entitled The
Business Consortium (R), it is a collaboration of 10 non-competing
companies in the Greater Cincinnati area with its two state-assisted
universities (Miami & the U. of Cincinnati) to develop unique
management development programming for the emerging leaders of these
firms. The companies prepay on an annual basis (they determine the
fee) and all programming and policy decisions are made by consensus.
It's been stimulating for all involved!

I look forward to learning & contributing.
