I have two students who are helping a mid-sized company improve how it
evaluates its training. I am looking for any case studies or surveys that
discuss and describe state-of-the-art methods that companies are using to
evaluate their training. Our sense from reading the literature is that
very few companies evaluate their training with the kind of depth and rigor
they should -- attributable to the cost and time involved. Are there
companies out there who are considered exemplary in their evaluation of
training? Any contacts or references would be very much appreciated!
