This case study
highlights a service organization with typical issues
surrounding the launch
of a corporate university.  Working in teams, participants
will develop an
action plan to share with the group recommending an optimal
corporate
university learning infrastructure.
 
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.  LUNCH
 
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.   ACTION PLANNING EXERCISES.
Facilitated by Quality
Dynamics, Inc., consultants.  Participants will complete a
series of exercise
to build an action plan for their corporate university
start-up, define
critical success factors, and identify decision points and
design options.
 
3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.   BREAK
 
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.   TEAM DISCUSSIONS.  Participants will
get immediate
feedback from their peers on their action plans and identify
outstanding
issues and questions on the design and startup of a corporate
university
learning infrastructure.
