Hi everyone,
 
       We are currently looking at the independent contractor/university
       employee issue at St. Thomas.  There has been many coversations
       about this issue for years at our November conference but I cannot
       recall which way most people are going.
 
       I am writing to ask a favor.  Please email me and let me know how
       your institution is dealing with this issue.  I will summarize the
       responses and send the results to everyone.
