Recently I've been involved in an assignemt which concerns the setting
up of an Industrial Relations Unit. I've been asked to look into a
possible organisational setup and to compile a list of  functions of the
Unit. The Unit will probably take the form of a Government Agency.
 
Any ideas anyone?
