Regarding your partnering question. Are there other intangible benefits
your division will receive from partnering or are both partners getting the
 same benefit from the partnership? When equal benefit is present I usually
divide income in one of two ways --
 
1. Split 50/50 (profit or loss) after All expenses (yours and theirs --
including staff time if work load is not divided equally between the two
partners) are deducted or
 
2. I will foot the upfront costs (promotion, etc.) and I will take a larger
percentage of net 60/40 or 75/25 depending on how large of a financial risk
I am taking upfront.
 
Let me know how you work this out. I am always looking for new strategies.
