The Executive Source has been retained by one of the nation's largest
insurance companies to recruit a Vice President of Leadership Development
located in New York City.
Our client is moving rapidly to reposition itself in the financial services
industry. One of the key factors in their future success will be the
leaders they recruit, train and develop. Our assignment is to find a
senior individual who can identify, develop and deliver leadership and
executive development to all senior management within the organization,
including the CEO. Activities will include: Talent review/assessment,
succession planning, executive staffing, and program design/ management
where necessary.
Prior experience in a medium-large corporation having led the
leadership/executive development function, interacting with the
Chairman/CEO and their direct reports is essential. The ability to work in
a large rapidly changing organization desired.
Compensation: to $ 225,000 + Incentives
