Hi!
 
I have had a great deal of experience in linking development to the
succession planning and performance management process. As Executive Director
of Organization & Professional Development at Dun & Bradstreet and also as
VP: Leadership at Hoechst Celanese.
 
What would you like to know? There is not much research out there ...yet!
