PACCAR, a Fortune 300 world leader in the manufacture of customized
heavy-duty trucks, seeks a Director of Management & Organization
Development to provide leadership in developing its 500 most senior
managers and in ensuring that the organization continues to perform at a
world class level in its chosen markets.
 
The Director leads a six-person team, reports to the Corporate Vice
President of Human Resources, and has significant working relationships
with PACCAR's corporate officers and the General Managers, Plant
Managers, and Human Resource Directors of the Company's 23 divisions and
subsidiaries.
 
Responsibilities include supporting the development of managers for the
Company's 500 most senior positions, identifying and supporting
organization development needs, supporting the corporate officers'
Operating Committee in the development of standard corporate and human
resources policies and managing the HRIS function.
 
The successful candidate will have applied human resources generalist,
management development, and organization development experience in a
Fortune 500 company or its equivalent plus prior manager or director
level responsibilities, experience supporting corporate officers, field
and headquarters experience, and an advanced degree in Organization
Development or a related field.
 
This position is located at PACCAR headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, a
22.5% target bonus, and a generous benefits package.
