Suggest you ask your customers what they want, rather than asking what
other service providers provide,
 
Refer Zeithaml, Parasuraman & Berry's SERVQUAL methodology about seeking
what customers want rather than what youy are prepared to provide.
 
It works, we've tried it!!!.
