ABOUT YOUR PRESENTERS . . .
 
        Jerry Richardson has been working with researchers in the
field of human communication since the mid-1970s.  He collaborated
with Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the developers of the
break-through communication technology called Neuro-linguistic
Programming (NLP), to adapt NLP principles for use in the world of
business.
        Jerry's book, The Magic of Rapport: How You Can Gain Personal
Power in Any Situation, was the first to translate the jargon of
psychiatry, therapy, neuro-linguistics and semantics into practical
concepts that could be applied to daily life situations.  His book is
now in its third printing.
        A graduate of Princeton University, Jerry has developed
customized communication skills training programs for both operations and staff
functions, with applications for management, sales, team-building,
customer service, telephone sales and service, and many others. His
clients have included Chevron, IBM, Wells Fargo Bank, California State
Automobile Association, State Compensation Insurance Fund, among
others.
 
        Gady Costeff is a founder and principal of Interactive
Dimensions, an Internet consulting company. Gady's background is
unique in that he brings to Internet consulting the distinctly unusual
and valuable combination of both business and technical expertise. An
MBA graduate of UC Berkeley, he is also a software engineer who spends
most of his time consulting and researching the commercial uses of the
Internet.
        Gady's clients have included Borland, NEC, and Lucid, among
others. He has worked on numerous networking products that interface
with the Internet or make use of the Internet protocol. He has
designed numerous tools for his clients that enable them to gain
competitive advantages through a variety of customized solutions
        Gady regularly conducts seminars and speaks about the business
development of the Internet. He is also engaged in on-going active
research into the innovative uses of the Internet for competitive
