This is my first message to the Listserv group, so Hello!  I am Director
of the Center for Management Development at Boise State University
in Idaho.  Brand new, having started the job three weeks ago, but not
new to the profession.  I was at Bryant College in Rhode Island for 10
years.
 
I recently got a call from a TQ assistant at Boise Cascade asking if we
had a program in Total Productivity Maintenance.  I had not heard the
term.  Have you?  Let me know.
