Does anybody know of any Web sites, Listservs or Usenet groups which
discusses the job of Management Services Officer.
 
This post has responsibility for the organisations Information Systems
(particularly its IT strategy in support of its business planning),
integrated management information and control systems, services and
systems for reviewing effectiveness and efficiency, and organisational
development.
 
Alternatively a few suggestions about reading material would be helpful.
