I recently bought  "The Complete Games Trainers Play" by Ed Scannell from
McGraw-Hill Inc., ISBN # 0-07-046432-4 for $120.45 U.S.  It contains The
Trainer's Resource Kit as well as Games in an 8 1/2 x 11 inch format.  You
can copy the materials.  Absolute best buy!
