Subject: Career Management Information

I am interested in any information about how many companies have
implemented career management programs and whether they  have been
successful. Survey data about % of companies with such programs is of
particular interest. Also were many of the programs introduced as  a result
of all the downsizing or were there other factors that contributed to the
creation of these programs. Are there examples of highly successful career
management programs.
