Try the book: "Introduction to TPM: Total Productive Maintenance," by
Seiichi Nakajima, 1988. Cambridge, Mass: Productivity Press (617) 497-5146.
(That's the phone number in the book - don't know if it's still good.

The book is very readable, if you care anything about maintenance in
manufacturing. (Otherwise, I suspect it might be very hard slogging!)

Also, you might try some trade journals in the construction/maintenance industry

or the manufacturing industry. I've been in a different area of maintenance
interest for the last 3 years, so I don't know what's been happening
in the field lately, but it was a very hot topic for a while, several years
ago.

Good luck!
