Maintance of accounts is an on going process, if you are no longer a
registered student or a paid faculty or staff member, expect your account
to be removed 6 weeks after you have left the the university community.
For faculty or graduate students who will be continuing research but are
no longer a registered student or a paid member of the staff, your
department chair should request a courtesy account for your work to
continue.
