I've tried every way I can convince my programs to send files... Even Kermit.
At its slowest transfer rate of about 10 bps, it still gets too much line noise
to transfer.  I think the problem lies in the fact that the data is being
transfered from Washington, DC, and it just has to go too far, as well as
through VPI's servers.  Since the file I was transferring was just text, I
managed to "upload" it to the Editor using cut and paste.  No problems, and it
went pretty fast.  I just had to do it semi-manually.  Any more advice is
welcome...
