        Miami's attempt to apease NEC (our network partner) by selling
dialup accounts to the general oxford public.  Later rather than sooner
worse rather than better.  If Time Warner gets their Cable Modems in
like they said they were going to this summer, it doesn't have a chance.
 
        Kinda like watching glaciers race, isn't it?
