God, I hope not. If you're referring to the VMS Phone utility, I don't even
think that's supported anymore by DEC. TALK is similar, but works across the
Internet (as opposed to DECNet).
 
Hmmmm.... My wife uses TALK occaisionally on OCEAN, and although she thinks
it's a pain to use, doesn't report any real problems with it. I've never used
it on OCEAN before, so I'll ask her.
