At 8:30pm Sunday evening the VAX can't seem to obtain web sites outside the
University. (e.g. www.ncua.gov, www.ksscu.com)  I have not had any problem in
the past.  I've done the traceroute command and don't see any big tie ups.
What would casue this to occur?
