If the Washington MCIlink is down, there is a bunch of stuff that you will
not reach, but OARNet also has feeds to Atlanta MCI via Columbus and
connects to other academic networks via Toledo, among others, so we're not
completely cut off from the rest of the world if those links are down.
 
If Columbus OARnet goes down, we're truly cut off from everyone except the
regional campuses (and munse.com customers, if there are any yet), unless
we're hooked in to another network I'm not aware of.
