The problem should be fixed now and NEWS is now flowing again. The problem
stemmed from a problem we our encountering occassionally in our job
scheduler on OCEAN. DEC is in the process of developing a patch for the
problem. Unfortunately, I was out of town all weekend and didn't find out
about the problem until this morning. No NEWS messages were lost and
messages should begin appearing now.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
