     Articles that show up on the VAX newsfeed and cannot be read because
of the problems there do not show up at all on the IBM newsfeed at all.
There are articles that have been posted in newsgroups *that others have
already responded to* of which the VAX cannot access the text and the IBM
thinks the articles do not exist.  Arrgghhhh!!!
