Many people have their mail stored in a subdirectory called MAIL.DIR. To
set this up, issue the following command in MAIL:
EMAIL> SET MAIL_DIRECTORY [.MAIL]

DELIVERY is currently an experimental service. MCIS is hoping to offer
this as a service sometime in the future.
