     On Sunday afternoon, 9 April 1995, between 3-5pm, the DEC OpenVMS
system in Oxford (MiaVX1) experienced a system problem which may have
caused users to receive one or more of the following error messages:
 
                        Cannout create temporary file
                           ACP File Create failed
                                 Device Full
 
This problem was detected and corrected by MCIS Technical Services by 5pm
on Sunday afternoon.
 
     Miami Computing & Information Services (MCIS) regrets any inconvenience
this temporary problem may have caused.
