This is a question regarding MCUG utility invoking IRC.
I have been trying to connect to IRC for several months now.
I can not get through. I was told that the servers may be busy.
I tried about a dozen different servers at all possible times
with no luck. I keep getting "can not connect".
   Does anybody else have the same problem? If anybody uses IRC
successfully, please , what server are you using? Or is there anything
wrong with VAX IRC client.
