I have been trying to upload a file to my VAX account.  Every time thAt I try
to use Z Modem, I get a Device offline or not configured" message.  Anybody
know why?  Xmodem receive also apears to be an unknown command, and line noise
seems to crash any attpempts at transferring via the other forms I've tried.
Anybody have any ideas?
