Yes.  The problem with MAIL keys on MIAVX1 deals with the version of MAIL
that is being run.  PMDF V4.2 (our mail program) is running on MIAVX1.
V4.2 has this problem that you mention.  V4.3 (the version currently
running on OCEAN) does not have this problem.
 
On May 7, OCEAN will replace MIAVX1.  Therefore, this should no longer be a
problem.
