The OCEAN system of the Oxford Digital OpenVMS Cluster (MiaVX1) was
unexpectedly taken out of service at approximately 3:45PM.  The system
returned to service at approximately 4:15PM.
 
The services affected included Gaus and other research batch jobs and the
Target Helpdesk Software.  Interactive users should not have been affected.
 
MCIS apologizes for this inconvience.
