You should be able to change the server with the /NETSERVER qualifier. For
example,
$ NEWS/NETSERVER=othernntp.somewhere.someplace
Unfortunately, I don't now of any other news servers. I'm pretty sure
there aren't any others on Miami's campus (at least MCIS isn't feeding any
others and I doubt anyone else has the disk space necessary for it.)
