NEWS delivery is approximately 30 hours behind on MIAVX1 and, subsequently,
on MIAMIU.  This problem was caused by a improperly formed file sent to us
from Ohio State.  The NEWS system on MIAVX1 couldn't handle this improper
file and therefore, NEWS fell behind.  This problem was detected yesterday
morning and we are working on catching up now.  We are looking into fixing
our NEWS system on MIAVX1 to better handle this type of problem.
