     On Monday, March 7, 1994, our connection to the LEXIS service on
MIAVX1 will switch from a set of modem dial-up lines to an Internet
service.  This change should provide quicker and more reliable access to
the LEXIS service in addition to some limited recording capabilities.
 
     If you wish to try this new service before Monday, issue the command
LEXIS2.
 
NOTE:
  1) The command LEXIS2 will go away on Monday.
  2) Users of LEXIS on OCEAN will see no change as OCEAN already uses this
        service.
