As you may have noticed, we are currently having problems with NEWS.  These
problems are characterized by the message "Display - Cannot access item
text" when you try to read a news message.  We are in the process of trying
to find the cause of this problem.  Generally, this message would indicate
a lack of disk space, but I don't believe that to be the problem this time.
